    Most projects begin at $2,500 and go up from there depending on the scope of work required. Real estate stills start at $800, real estate video from $3,000, and on-site headshot sessions from $1,200. Where a project falls depends on shoot days, crew size, and the edit: a single-shooter event recap sits at the lower end, while a multi-day brand campaign with interviews, aerials, and a full set of deliverables sits at the top or above. Send the goal, timeline, and a reference or two through the project brief and you'll get a real number back, not a mystery quote.

    We lead with the work you see on this site: cultural events and activations like the HOPE x Dropbox x McLaren pop-up, civic and social-impact stories like EcoRise x Austin Energy, community and arts documentation, brand and commercial content, real estate media, photography, and immersive work under the Coralverse banner. If your project needs someone who cares about the story as much as the shot list, we're a fit. If it only needs a camera pointed at a podium, we're probably more studio than you need. We don't take weddings.

    Yes — events are the heart of the studio. Pop-ups, launches, receptions, panels, fundraisers, festivals, and brand activations across Austin. We scale the crew to the room, shoot video and stills in the same pass when it helps, and cut recap edits sized for the places they'll actually live: a hero film for the site, verticals for social, and selects for sponsors and press.

    Yes. Cinematic walkthrough video, aerial coverage, interiors, twilight exteriors, and full still sets — the Lakehouse work in our portfolio is the standard we aim for. Everything is delivered ready for MLS, web, social, and print. We're most useful on properties where the architecture and the lifestyle deserve more than a phone gimbal.

    Yes — aerials are part of most real estate packages and a lot of our event and cultural work. Every flight follows FAA rules, and we plan around Austin's airspace realities — downtown restrictions, temporary flight restrictions around big events, and weather — so the aerial plan never jeopardizes the delivery date.

    We're based in Austin and shoot across Downtown, East Austin, South Congress, Mueller, Westlake, and the Domain, plus the wider Central Texas corridor — Round Rock, Cedar Park, Dripping Springs, San Marcos, and the Hill Country. For the right project we travel — the archive includes work shot well beyond Texas — and travel outside the Austin metro is quoted in the estimate.

    Event recaps deliver in 5–10 business days; real estate stills in 3–5 business days and walkthrough video in 5–7 business days; a single-day brand or commercial film in 3–4 weeks. Two revision rounds are included; additional rounds are billed at the $800-per-day edit rate. Rush delivery (24–72 hours) is available for a 25% premium when scoped in advance.

    A 50% deposit books the date, with the balance due on delivery; cancellations inside 72 hours forfeit the deposit; aerial work is rescheduled at no charge when conditions are unsafe to fly, and ground coverage proceeds as planned. Travel outside the Austin metro is quoted in the estimate.
