Five things that change your quote
Deliverables, not just shooting time
Most of the cost sits in post — HDR blending, lens and perspective correction, color matching between rooms, window pulls, and cutdowns for each platform. More deliverables means more edit hours.
Aerials and airspace
Drone work is quoted per property because much of Austin sits inside controlled airspace and needs FAA authorization, which occasionally shifts the shoot window.
Immersive and 360° add-ons
Virtual tours and 360° capture use different bodies and a slower, tripod-based workflow. They are priced as an add-on to a stills or film package rather than sold alone.
Turnaround
Stills deliver in 3–5 business days; a finished walkthrough in 5–7 business days. Two revision rounds are included; additional rounds are billed at the $800-per-day edit rate. Rush delivery (24–72 hours) is available for a 25% premium when scoped in advance.
