    What we fly

    Aerial video and aerial stills for listings, short-term rentals, developments, and land; construction progress; brand and documentary films; and events where airspace allows. Drone pacing is planned with the ground footage — establishing reveals, slow push-ins, and twilight exteriors and aerials — and delivered as a hero video plus a vertical cutdown.

    Airspace, safety, and paperwork

    Every flight is run by Jeff Zavala, an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot (certificate available on request). Before shoot day we check the airspace, any FAA authorization the location needs, and HOA, venue, or property rules, and we tell you up front if a shot isn't possible. Liability and equipment insurance is arranged per production.

      Shape the look and feel — references, shot needs, schedule, and a production plan that survives contact with reality.

      Capture footage, photography, interviews, details, and atmosphere with a small, capable crew that keeps up with the day.

    4. Edit + Post

      Build the story through editing, sound design, color, pacing, graphics, and revision rounds until the cut lands.

    5. Delivery

      Export platform-ready assets for web, social, presentations, campaigns, archives, or launch — sized and named for how you'll use them.

    Frequently asked questions

    Most aerial work is added to a shoot: drone is an add-on to event coverage (from $2,500) and to real estate video, where a walkthrough with a full stills set starts at $3,000. Aerial-only projects — land listings, construction progress, skyline establishing shots — are scoped per project; most projects begin at $2,500.

    Yes. Jeff is an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot (certificate available on request). Liability and equipment insurance is arranged per production; a certificate of insurance (COI) can be provided within one business day.

    Anywhere airspace, property rules, and weather allow. Parts of Austin sit in controlled or restricted airspace, so we check every location before quoting and tell you if a shot needs a different approach.

    Safety comes first: aerial work is rescheduled at no charge when conditions are unsafe to fly, and ground coverage proceeds as planned.

    Aerials deliver with the rest of the project — a real estate walkthrough in 5–7 business days, an event recap in 5–10 business days. Two revision rounds are included; additional rounds are billed at the $800-per-day edit rate. Rush delivery (24–72 hours) is available for a 25% premium when scoped in advance.
